Template Usage Instructions
Download Your Template

Review the Column Headers
Each template comes with pre-configured columns. Read the header row carefully. Gray columns are for formulas (do not overwrite), white columns are for your data entry.
Customize for Your Needs
Add or remove columns based on your workflow. Common customizations include adding a "QC Photos" column for image links, a "Member Name" column for group buys, or a "Resale Price" column for resellers.
Enter Your First Item
Fill in one complete row with real data from a product you want to buy. This test row helps you understand how the sheet works and validates that your customizations make sense.
Set Up Conditional Formatting
Most templates include color coding. If yours does not, select your Status column and apply conditional formatting: Ordered = yellow, In Warehouse = orange, Shipped = blue, Delivered = green.
